CX-Monitoring
CX-Monitoring is a service specifically designed to monitor and analyze networks at events. Information is retrieved from devices on the network and visualized for you in real time. The security of your data is very important to us, which is why your data is transmitted - encrypted to the highest standard - via a VPN tunnel. The processed information can be conveniently accessed from anywhere with your cell phone, tablet or laptop. Detect critical conditions directly before they lead to a failure.
Device Overview
You can see the state of your network at a glance and have an overview of all your devices. Already here you are informed about possible problems. System states are displayed in a compact and understandable way and you can go home with a good feeling.
Service Overview
A great deal of detailed information about your devices and the associated components is displayed. In the event of a problem, the service overview shows in detail which components are currently showing an error. This allows you to react immediately before an error becomes a problem.
Notification in case of error
If a system status changes, you will be informed immediately via push message or an e-mail and can react quickly to possible errors. You can get a direct overview of the current status of your network and, if necessary, intervene on the move - via remote access - and prevent a system failure.
